qrmint.net ("we", "the site") provides a free browser-based QR code generator for links, Wi‑Fi networks, contact cards and plain text. This page explains what data is and isn't collected when you use the site.

How the generator works

Every QR code is built and rendered entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Anything you type — a link, a Wi‑Fi password, a contact's phone number, a note — is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to, or stored on, any server operated by this site. Closing the tab discards everything.

Cookies and advertising

This site may display advertisements served by third-party ad networks, such as Google AdSense. These networks may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

Analytics

qrmint.net runs no analytics. There are no analytics beacons, no page-view counters and no accounts. The site has no server-side application, so there is no endpoint that could receive what you type.
